Things are getting a little travel obsessed around here. Far from satisfying the endless itch of wanderlust, spending a summer exploring some amazing places in Europe has been the spark of some pretty big dreams. Here’s just a few of the things that have made their way to the top of my travel bucket list…Swim under a waterfall
Take an outdoor bath in Budapest
Learn to surf in Australia
In fact, just Australia. All of it
Visit the gardens of Kyoto in spring
Take a food tour of Louisiana with my favourite American
See the Northern Lights
Return to Switzerland to have my breath taken away once againSee North Korea (although it’s unlikely that I’ll follow through on this one!)
Learn to dive in Ko Tao
Watch the sun rise over Lake Bled, Slovenia
Visit Angkor, Cambodia
Discover the island life in Fiji
